Promoting and Supporting 1115 Waiver and Social Care Networks
The WOI focuses on raising awareness and promoting the Waiver and Social Care Networks (SCN) across New York State to ensure that every community is actively engaged in providing the necessary funding and critical services to Medicaid recipients. We are your partners in this effort, and look forward to making this very effective and successful.
